          Who doesn’t enjoy some mama friendly advice? Whether you’re already breastfeeding or soon to nurse, here are three tips to enjoy breastfeeding while babywearing in ISARA The ONE.

  ✔️ Simply release the fit-for-you adjuster and make feeding on the go discreet and snug!

  ✔️ Easily loosen the strap transformer and lower your baby down to the breast level, making sure your little one is latched on correctly without blocking the airways.

✔️ Use your other hand to help you support your breast so that your baby is properly latched on.

  ✔️Lean forward while supporting your baby with one hand. Once your little one starts

nursing, tighten the strap transformer to make your baby more comfy and secure.

   Practice, practice and you’ll master the ropes of babywearing in no time!

Wearing your baby can help stabilize the baby’s heart rate, breathing, and temperature. You will love the extra snuggles, so of course, you’ll be more than happy to carry your little ones around, always in tune with their rhythm. •  Natural Hip Development: Babywearing Benefits

Did you know that proper hip position while babywearing can be beneficial especially for the growth and development of the child’s hips? ISARA’s ergonomic baby carriers, designed adjustable since 2013, provide an optimal M-shape position known as The Spread Squat Position of the hip joints with the thighs properly supported all the way to the knees which are held slightly higher than the bottom.

  Described as a fully adjustable ‘one size fits all’ buckled carrier suitable from birth to pre-schooler, it makes a very bold claim.

  Can one carrier really do it all? After all, there are a number of baby carriers on the market advertised as from birth and beyond with varying levels of success.

  So I was excited – and just a little dubious – to test this new carrier out. And I’m happy to report, it is truly excellent!

  ISARA FABRIC AND FEEL

Our first thoughts when unpacking the Isara The One from its box were – wow, this feels really lovely!

Compared to many of its counterparts (the Ergobaby Omni 360, Tula Explore, Manduca XT, BabyBjorn Carrier One etc) the Isara really is buttery soft. This is mainly due to the fact it’s made from organic woven wrap fabric.  This also means that it comes in a nice selection of very stylish designs.

It has a structured, padded waistband made of memory foam. It’s surprisingly light and almost fluffy feeling, so it doesn’t feel like its digging in.

VERSATILITY AND LONGEVITY

It’s true the Isara One is SUPER adjustable. Between us, the Wear My Baby team has tried it with a range of children including 2 week, 18 month, 4 year and 6 year olds. So with a bit of fiddling, you can get a really good fit across a huge range of ages and sizes.

If you want a very simple and lightweight carrier that you can get out of the box and go, then you might find this a bit fiddly to adjust. BUT once you have mastered which settings suit you, it’s simple enough.

Whilst not as simple as the uber-lightweight Izmi and Connecta carriers, the Isara is lighter and softer than other multi-adjustable structured carriers of its kind.  So if you like the idea of lightweight but prefer the extra padding and support that make many of the big name carriers popular, then we think this is a great option.

The base of the body panel cinches down to a pretty narrow width to suit a newborn whilst the rather snazzy pre-school booster attachments make it wide enough to accommodate an average preschooler – or in our case a small 6 year old!

It has clever, adjustable length shoulder straps (not seen on any other carrier) which makes it usable for tall, plus size, small and petite wearers.

The chest strap/back strap is really easy to tighten and allows for quite a tight fit. The shoulder straps give you the option to do them up rucksack style or crossed over at your back.

Isara The One’s panel adjusters make it easy to change the height of the carrier to accommodate different size children. It is also handy for breastfeeding in the carrier and provides a bit of coverage if you want it.  We liked shortening the panel to allow baby to have arms out as an alternative to facing outwards, which is one position that is not possible in this carrier.

DOWNSIDES

We struggled to find many negatives for the Isara One carrier. But if pushed, we might say it’s perhaps a bit too adjustable.

Now, this is grasping at straws slightly as its adjustability is also its main selling point. But it can take a bit of time initially and a lot of fiddling to get the strap lengths and buckles set to your size and preferences.

So if, like me, you prefer to just click and go in light-speed time then you may find this a touch frustrating.  However, once adjusted, this baby carrier is incredibly supportive and definitely has the potential to be extremely comfortable on a wide range of mums and dads. There’s definitely nothing else quite like it!

🌟Now as we mentioned above, one of the most important factors when choosing the perfect woven wrap is the base size. Base size really matters when it comes to choosing the most suitable woven wrap for your own body size. Base size is defined as the size required to complete a Front Wrap Cross Carry (See instructional video here ).

As your little angel grows, you might need to choose a bigger base size. You’re probably thinking that it might take a long time until you get to master the long cloth, but trust me it’ll be a walk in the park. You’re a natural, mama!

If you’re a newcomer to the babywearing world, then we totally recommend a size 6 woven wrap, which is the universal size for most beginners, who are just now trying to learn and grasp the techniques of carrying their little one in a wrap. ISARA founder and certified babywearing consultant, stumbled upon the name while reading about nurturing closeness and the soothing feeling of being close to mommy or daddy’s heartbeat. ISARA in the Filipino (Tagalog) language means “close”,  evoking the wonderful journey of parenthood, experienced as ONE-togetherness, a bond of love interwoven for a lifetime. We embarked on a close to your heart, “growing together” adventure, to deliver the sweetest hugs with an endless supply of cuddles and a dash of innovation. “Close”, we discover what true love really means.

Moreover,  ISARA’s logo contains 2 semi-circles. The green semi-circle portrays the back of a child in a sling while the pink semi-circle envisages a mother’s nurturing arms. We couldn’t have designed a cuter logo!!! It radiates pure bliss!

Now, let’s take a dive into the story of our packaging logo. Did you notice the fresh newly grown branches that curl around the older ones? Just like branches in a tree, families need a solid foundation to allow the growth of leaves and sprouts. I’m sure we can all agree upon that.

   A look back at ISARA’s Innovation Lab

Since 2016, ISARA’s lovely team has been packing babywearing innovations and glee to fly off  to Cologne for the biggest international trade show Kind und Jugend, specialized in premium baby and toddler products.

We have been preparing for this moment for at least half a year and we have to admit that we were beyond excited to showcase our new Limited edition designs and patterns that made our visitors’ hearts flutter with cheerfulness.

With in-house designs, hand-sketched drawings sprinkled with sleepy dust, ISARA’s stall was beaming with love potions. For this year’s theme we envisaged an oasis filled with oxytocin, an innovation lab that perpetually casts love for a lifetime of cuddles.

We even released the Love Molecule!!! Working hard really pays off! It was absolutely amazing seeing our stall flowing with organic happiness.  

ISARA Innovation Lab was absolutely divine! We exposed unrivaled adjustability and exceptional innovative designs, manufactured in EU with an unsurpassed fit and versatility. Our cutting-edge baby carrier ISARA The ONE was our “pièce de résistance” and we couldn’t have been more proud after receiving tons of positive feedback and recognition from the attendees. We are truly grateful to be acknowledged for our long standing reputation, superior organic materials and top-notch patterns. We’re definitely heading in the right direction! Innovation here we come!  Full speed ahead!

ISARA was created with one single purpose in mind: to design a premium fully adjustable baby carrier, suitable for all parents and all children. We were determined to create the first fully adjustable baby carrier. To accomplish this noteworthy vision, after a long period of research and testing, in 2013 ISARA introduced to the world the very first fully adjustable buckle carrier, ISARA V1. We listened to the babywearing community insights and feedback in order to incessantly improve our product. We are currently at its third version, ISARA V3, nowadays known as The Trendsetter.

🌿Probably you’re wondering why did I “willingly” accept to go through a long process of painful technical testing? Well, it took some effort and a lot of convincing to get me to accept ISARA’s proposal. I honestly thought I was being filmed for a reality show and there’s a hidden camera somewhere around the room. I, the most cherished woven wrap in the world, had to undergo mechanical and chemical testing? Truth be told, I couldn’t contain my emotions….. I burst into the loudest laughter. What made me say yes, though? I was promised to become the main pattern of ISARA The ONE. How could I have said no to that? I was going to be in the spotlight, beaming with happiness and receiving blissful cuddles! But more importantly, I will prove to all my sweet children and loving parents that I’m worth thousands of heart-warming snuggles.

Just because I’m the 💎 shiniest 100% organic woven wrap Diamonda that doesn’t mean I cannot handle a couple of stretching here and there. Right?

Next day, I called up my buddy Ring Sling and I politely asked him to join me, leaving out some of the general characteristics of our company’s safety testing.  Which is exactly why it intrigued him.

On a lovely spring day, we arrived at the testing center. I’m not gonna lie that I was all giggles. Ring Sling was more or less excited; he’s the type of sling that can survive even the most excessive drool. Long story short, I was pleasantly surprised to find out that I’m strong as an oak, ready to withstand the most difficult mechanical tests. Both Ring Sling and I were tested for chemical hazard, choking and ingestion, entanglement and suffocation hazard. The list does not stop here. The researchers checked us for banned dyes and colorfastness to saliva and perspiration.  All tests passed!!!!

Why did I even made a big fuss about this? Apparently, I am literally rocking! Well, ring sling too (had to include his name in case he stumbles upon this piece of writing. I’m still the best though).

So grateful and eternally indebted to ISARA for giving me life! They made me tough enough to become the greatest companion in all your babywearing adventures, for a lifetime. Choose the organic, sustainable and eco-conscious lifestyle.

Here’s me going through a so-called dynamic load test. Just making sure I won’t tear or present any seam malfunction when I’m carrying your little one.

Phew! I can finally breathe…. They made me go through some really hard tests !!!! It’s safe to say you can chew me, drool all over me, sweat profusely but most importantly  snuggle all day long! Oh, how I long for collecting sweet memories!

Bubble Trouble

-the toy carrier story-

🐇 “Far away, across the oceans, in the middle of the Balloon-Coloured Land, where balloons forever float, lived the kindest princess, known by everyone as Lily, with her impeccable trained teacher Mr. Alfred Rabbitwood.

She didn’t like to learn and she would always run off to play with her beautiful dolls in the delicate flower garden. Everyone loved Lily, for she was spreading love and kindness throughout the kingdom, yet teacher Rabbitwood could not accept her childish behaviour, and one night he decides to hide all her dolls up in the castle’s attic. He climbed the long narrowed staircase and locked the door once and for all.

   🎈 The next morning, Lily awakens from her sweet slumber and faces the greatest misfortune. All of her friends vanished. Utterly gone. Days pass, even months and Lily withers like a flower in the middle of winter. Balloons are deflating. No one seems to share love and kindness anymore. Faced with this horrible truth, Mr. Rabbitwood realizes he was wrong. On a rainy night, the teary-eyed bunny creates the smartest toy carrier, designed especially for Lily, so she can finally wear her dolls everywhere, even during her classes.

Eagerly, Alfred, unlocks the dolls from the attic, packs them together with the toy carrier and sends the mysterious gift directly to Lily’s doorstep.

    💐 The joy on Lily’s face was surreal! She couldn’t hold back the tears, as they were tumbling down her sweet face contouring a pure well. But even bigger was her wonder when she discovered the toy carrier at the bottom of the box. Lily grabbed her favourite toy, put on the toy carrier and off she went, light as a feather, walking the castle’s pavements while ’’carrying’’ happiness back to life. Balloons began to float and the kingdom was joyous once again.🌈

-I’ve got my hands free! Now I can spend time with my dolls, yet I can still write my homework. My life couldn’t get better than this!, shouted Lily.

Hidden behind a wall, Mr. Alfred Rabbitwood heard the Princess’s words and breathes a sigh of relief. The sun came out of the clouds and a bright-colored rainbow lit up the entire palace! The toy carrier kept the kingdom Balloon-Trouble free, for the rest of the days, as Mr. Rabbitwood and Lily lived happily ever after.”🎈

Happy Tuesday everyone! We’re back on track with a freshly “baked” review, served by our amazing brand ambassador, Veronica Koleva.

    Why does ISARA have it all?

Veronica answers:

Adjusting the seat is made possible using velcro patches.The patches are placed on the inside of the belt. For me the idea of adjusting the carrier with velcro patches is great because it gives you the freedom to adjust the panel to even a millimeter, which you can not do with normal buttons.

The straps of the ISARA carrier are wonderfully padded and are 6 cm wide, fitting me perfectly, having in mind that I am 1.58 m high and 46 kilos.The straps have an elastic safety band in front of the buckle so even if it breaks on the go while you are wearing the carrier, the child will not be put in danger.

The straps can be worn in parallel and crossed, while wearing parallel straps are fastened together by a strap like most full buckle carriers. Of course it can be removed, if you prefer wearing it with crossed straps.Personally, I prefer wearing my baby carrier with crossed straps because with parallel wearing, most of the carriers I have tried are too big for me.

Why would you recommend ISARA?

The carrier is soo adjustable that it can suit every body type. I am not good at carrying on the back though. On every carrier I have tried, the straps are too long for me. But daddy embraced the idea of testing the carrier for me. We walked for about hour and a half and he said that the carrier is very comfortable and he felt no pressure at all. The little one was comfy too.Honestly, I am not a big fan of the hip carry. I tried putting my son on my hip at home, but he doesn’t like it at all. Having in mind how comfy the carrier is, I think that hip carry is gonna feel good too for hip carry lovers.

How long can you wear the ISARA standard size?

    You can wear your baby in the ISARA standard size until your baby is 86 cm or about 18 – 24 months.

How would you describe our Tropicana pattern?

Super fresh, cool and summery! It’s lovely!
